I will definitely mention that in the morning. Fecal, parco, guardia came back fine but she ghrew up while at the vet and there was blood and bile in it. We want a full blood workup, culture, etc. They say she has colitis (her colon is very badly inflamed) we started an antibiotic for now but will be back in the am for more tests....

I can't believe she gained so much weight and wonder if it was the steroid that did it.

Prayer going out that they can find out what is wrong with her. It does sound like it could possibly be those seeds that are problem. Yes steroids can cause weight gain fast.

She's home with you now?

If she continues with bloody diarrhea and/or bloody vomiting... get her back in to the ER... they may be able to do the PCV on the blood they have... call and request it be added (if they're still there).

Check her gums for color and moisture now, so you can compare it if she starts acting off. If they are very pale, I'd get her to an ER anyway.

Did they do an xray to check for a blockage?

Hopefully next time you take her into the vet ASAP.. We can never be to careful.
