I tried to be tough and keep myself from being captivated - it didn't work! As hard as it is to loose one as special as my Benji, the joy, love, and enjoyment I get for whatever time I have them make all the pain and sadness of loosing them worth it!

Welcome home, Lilli. You are safe and loved now. Thank you so much for rescuing this little girl. I too have a rescue senior. Though I know we don't have a whole lot of time together, and it will break my heart, I will always know that my little sweetheart spent her sunset years being the little princess she was always destined to be. I think it will be the same for your sweet lil' Lilli. You are truly her angel.
