Thank you all for the kind words. I am having the most difficult time dealing with my Roxie's death. I cry ALOT! I simply cannot seem to get over it. I have three other yorkies, but she was so very special. She was the only one I raised from a puppy, six weeks. She was the friendliest, happiest and most loving little girl there ever was. She would smother you with kisses. Her tail wagged all the time. I don't think I can stand this sometimes. I pray that there really is a Rainbow Bridge and she will meet me there one day. It keeps me going.

I am so sorry that you are having a difficult time with your loss of your sweet Roxy..
I so have to believe we will see them again. Losing them is quite unbearable. They all touch our hearts in different ways, but yes, some really do take a big chunk from our hearts when they leave us. In 2006 I lost a beloved little guy named Maxwell...I honestly did not think I would ever get over it....and while I don't cry often now, I think of him often still. When Sunny D passed the other day I said to my son that I hoped Maxwell would be there with him. The only thing I can say is that in time the good memories do tend to help get you past the pain.

I'm so sorry, while one nut might not cause death in a large dog, it's very possible it cause death in a yorkie. My condolences. I wish there were more warnings on things we buy.

This is such a sad loss for you and your family. I am so very sorry. I also thank you for sharing this information with us as it is something I did not know. I will add it to my list of poisons. Again, I am sorry and pray for you to find peace!! R.I.P. little Bella!!
