| Kobi's Paw Pad I noticed Kobi was limping this weekend, so I checked his foot and one portion of his paw pad is not dark (black) like the others. It is real pale pink. Looks like part of it has peeled off. It is not raw or bleeding, but he is still holding it up at times and limps some too. I checked it closely, and it does not seem to be painful to him. It looks just like new skin. The darkness of the pad is no longer their. Do any of you know what this could be ?

| Paw pads can be SERIOUS. My black lab got his torn somehow and it never healed. We couldn't keep him off of it (he even spent a month at the Vet's office) and the infection that he got would never heal. I hope that you caught yours early.
