| Wow, we've come a long way from the beginning of this thread huh? I'm gladyou bumped it as it reminded me to drop by and give an update on Cali (&Mia). We are doing great and Cali has adjusted wonderfully without the use of herback legs. In the recent past we bought her a tiny wheelchair hoping it wouldmake her more mobile but she can't use it as she is too accustomed to using her"seal-like" movement. If anyone wants or needs it I'd be glad to mailit to them....as long as someone can get use out of it. Just post in thisthread. Thanks for the bump and I'll try to get pics/vid to post. ![]()

| This is awesome, one of YT's success stories and shows that even pups that become disabled are still amazingly resilient! I'm so happy to see this today, give Callie a big smooch for me!

| Here are some photos I took this morning. I'm trying to post a video of Cali getting around so everyone can see but am technologically challenged in this area.

| Boy oh boy! I just now read this whole thread. What a long road you have been on. It appears that there is still not a definitive answer to your baby's problem. I am happy that she is finding her way through life with your love and support. Bless all of you.

| We never really did find out defnitively what was wrong with her or what caused it and we're not sure why she digressed once we got home although we suspect it was from weaning all of her meds. But my vet said she just couldn't live on Valium/Dilantin/Prednisone every 8 hours around the clock forever due to the organ damage they cause. Anyway, the best diagnosis we received was: Neuromyotonia. Deep in my heart I feel that vaccinations precipitated the problems but we'll never know.
