| Luxating Patella is graded 1 - 4. Here is a link about LP that may be helpful. If your puppy has such a degree of LP, I am quite sure she should be seen by a board certified orthopedic surgeon. Yorkie Haven Rescue - Patellar Luxation Info Often pups with LP also have torn ligaments...here is another link about that: Yorkie Haven Rescue - Cranial Cruciate Ligament Tear Info

| Bevo has had issues since he was about 6 months old... At one point he wouldnt use his rear right leg at all for about 4 weeks,,,we scheduled the surgery, then suddenly he was better, so we put off the surgery!! Just keep an eye on her...she may never need to have surgery!!!

I do hope your baby will be ok, but I think I'd find an orthopedic Vet.

| All I can say is, if your vet does not know that, all the more reason to consult with a board certified ortho surgeon. He/she will be able to advise you and will certainly know how to grade LP.
