Prayers and Hugs for Cowboy , he is adorable. It is terrible these babies don't have forever homes, but Blessed to have LadyJane.

Cowboy is on his way to Texas A&M today with his foster mom. He suddenly started having some issues yesterday and spent the night at the EC. They really do not know what is going on with him....at first it was thought it was his heart, but something else may be going on. He is very ill.

Please say prayers for little Cowboy and also his foster mom who is very upset.

Thanks...I am so upset. I am 45 minutes away from her...and there really was no time to be messing around. I hate that she is traveling alone with him. Not for him so much as for her....she is so sweet and loves that little guy.

Cowboy is gone.

The vet at A&M said that his little heart was shutting down rapidly and there was nothing that could be done without torturing him.

This is a sad day for all of us.

He was running and playing yesterday. This is just so sad, but I suppose it is better than to have suffered for a long time.

RIP Cowboy You were a precious puppy.

Oh no I am so very sad to read. RIP Sweet Baby Boy Cowboy. I know he was very much loved.

Oh, he truly was very much loved......he had the best foster home a pup could want. His foster mom is upset but she is ok. We all knew this day would come and, in a way, it is better this way...no long term suffering for him. And...she will never wonder if things could have been different. Everything possible was done for this sweet little pup.

Oh Linda, I'm just so, so sorry. I'm glad little Cowboy was safe and warm and loved in his last days. Please send my heartfelt condolances to Cowboy's foster mom. I'm sure she is sad and hurting right now. Thank you both for everything you do for these dear pups everyday. I have a sick foster Yorkie-Poo girl now. When she gets placed, I'd love to begin fostering for you, though I'm not sure if you can use someone who lives in Maryland.

Rest in peace little Cowboy.
