| hope it's not the Pup Tarts. she wouldn't be getting sick from those would she? i hate to think that but it is something new that she's been eating right? maybe limit those as well to see how she does and only try one flavor at a time very slowly when she's up to eating again. poor Rosie. hope it's not too bad and she feels better soon. |

I am going to have to try to get in to the vet tomorrow. I took her outside and she held up her front paw. She has never done this. I am now wondering if her paw is hurt which led to the shaking and tummy being upset. She yelped when I picked her up. I had checked her over when Ellie first made the suggestion of pain. But found nothing. She has not vomited or had diarrhea at all. I pushed around on the paw but it didn't seem to bother her. I have never seen her hold it up like that. So now I really don't know what is wrong with her. So, I am thinking a good trip to the vet is in order here. Maybe I am over paranoid? DH says Rosie knows how to milk me. But I think she is really got something going on. Maybe I am crazy!? Lol.

| Definitely throw the bullies away. They are highly questionable for even healthy dogs. The bacteria that those things hold could set any intestinally challenged dog off. Did you check her elbow and wrist along with the paw?

| No I didn't. But I will right now. I assume if she is hurt she will yelp? I can't imagine what she might have done to cause it. We use stairs to encourage her not to jump.

| Oh no, I am so sorry Rosie is feeling bad. Letting her tummy rest is a good idea. Hoping and praying she feels better soon. Mrs. Beasley says she hopes Rosie feels better soon.

| Saw a small dog the other day at the ER favoring a front paw. It ended up being a twisted wrist. Owners didn't know how it happened. Also saw a large breed dog very reactive to anybody touching the elbow. That was a form of bicep tendonitits. Very hard to say what is going on with her and probably nothing too serious, but they can do a number on themselves even without us knowing.

| I'm sorry Rosie isn't feeling well. Any dog w/ digestive issues (or history thereof) should probably avoid bully sticks. Hope she's on the mend soon!

| When you came home and she was so excited to see you. Was she jumping up? One of my dogs injured his back just jumping off of a low piece of furniture. |

| Rosie is feeling a little better this morning. She did eat her food and even tried to take some of Mikkis. Bully sticks are gone so she don't have access to them any more. I have searched all over her front legs and paws and can't find anything. So, with that said, the vet said if she was not 100% by this afternoon to bring her in. That is my plan at this point. I am hoping it is nothing. DH thinks she hurt her leg jumping or maybe Mikki had bit her. With her full long coat it is hard to tell. We did not see bite marks at this point. Anyway, I am glad that she is a little better. I will update this afternoon. Thanks for all the prayers and good thoughts for her.
