| ![]() I'm so sorry that Gizmo is sick. I would stick with the food your vet gave you until you have a diagnosis. I'll be thinking of you and your little man!

| ![]() Sorry to hear Gizmo's not feeling well. Hopefully the tests will come back ok & he'll recover from this bout soon. Princess has been on Science I/D for a few months now following her pancreatitis. I'd get more from your vet to keep him on the exact same the vet put him on until you're told further. I'll be praying for Gizmo, Princess is proof that YT prayers can do wonderful things. ![]()

| ![]() That's what I was thinking, just getting some dry from the vet. I believe it's A/d? I'm being lazy and have a really comfy, warm dog who's sound asleep on me so I don't want to get up and disturb him- and I'm being lazy! ![]() Gizmo says "Hi" to everyone and he thanks you all for his prayers.

| ![]() I hope Gizmo is better soon! I would definitely get more food from the vet. Sometimes they give A/D to sick pups....or I/D Hope the bile acids are ok. Will keep him in my thoughts and prayers.

| ![]() They seem to like the I/D. The A/D is not one I'm familiar with. I wouldn't be afraid of feeding Science Diet when you have a pup that has problems. It's a good food for certain problems.

| ![]() A/D is a recovery diet. Not used for pancreatitis dogs. Very high fat. I/D would make sense. L/D is high fat and may be contraindicated in pancreatitis dogs. It sounds like he's stable and doing fine. Yes, definitely go on Friday next time to beat the weekend emergency room run!

| ![]() We actually went to a non-emergency hospital. I was just charge $40 additional for not being a patient. I also was shocked at the price, meaning I thought it was going to be alot more. Now I'm a little worried about the A/d.

| ![]() I would ask my regular vet about it. Did the regular vet give you the a/d or the clinic?
