| She is in fact ten years old, not months. She was used for breeding at her previous home and she doesn't come in contact with males anymore, been about 3 years since she has come in contact with a male. She had an infection and other than the high white blood cell count she is healthy. In the morning of the night I posted the first post she was perky and healthy again but still bleeding a bit so I brought her to the vet's in my new town and they quoted me $800+ to spay her, so I brought her to my usual vet an hour away and he quoted me $140 and said she is fine to wait a few weeks and he would prefer it because it's safer to remove the infection before spaying because of the obvious contamination of bacteria when they open her up. But she is currently wearing a diaper because she isn't able to control her pee very well and she's still kinda bleeding but it's more of a 'heat kind' of bleeding and I don't want to ruin my furniture. So she fits a premie baby diaper and I'd say she looks mighty cute with it! She's on antibiotics and coming along nicely. Her check up is next week and I will be setting a spay date then as well. But she is back to her normal bratty self already and is snoozing on my feet as we speak |

| Happy to hear your girl is feeling better and has meds. Wishing her a speedy recovery and a safe spay.
