That is one ugly incision, poor baby. But boy did A& M do a beautiful job with Summer's sutures. She looks fabulous, I am happy to hear that her little personality is coming out and she is gaining weight.

Oh my goodness my heart is breaking even more after seeing this picture. Poor Sweet Summer. The incision does look really good. Summer has been thru so much and yet she just loves people. I know there is that SPECIAL FUREVER HOME out there for her. She deserves so much.
Prayers still continue. She has stolen my heart.

I cried looking at this incision and thinking of the pain she has endured. I pray God will send a special angel to give her a forever home.

She does have applications. We just don't know yet what she might need. She really needs to recover and be given some time to show us what she is really like. They often change dramatically in a few weeks after they settle in.

She will have the best...that is a promise to her! :)

I was just checking in on Summer and I am so happy to hear she is ho,e with LJ. Poor little girl that incision is huge and that poor little ear, really I do not understand how the original owners could have been so callous. Hopefully when Summer's final furhome is decided it will be close to LJ so they can enjoy visits.

Oh, so much has happened to Summer in the last few days. Glad to hear she is out of the hospital and in the best hands possible. Also glad Lolasmom and Gabby were able to travel with you, Ladyjane, as support. Will continue to keep her in my thoughts and prayers.

My husband is 6'4 280 pounds and he saw all the pictures of Summer thru this thread and he cried, and cried. Then he said what he would love to do to the people who did this to her....in great detail. Then he had me go to the website and send some money for her.

I am so glad she is on the road to recovery and I hope she gets a home that is nothing short of perfect for her!!! She deserves the very very best from now on.

Thanks for all of the updates on sweet Summer. She is a beautiful little girl. I cannot believe how big that incision is...and her poor little ear. :( I know she\'s off to a great new start, and the rest of her life will be wonderful like she deserves.

I have tears in my eyes after seeing her picture. Bless her little heart. She is in a safe place now and getting the best of care and lots of love. Sending her sweet prayers that she will soon be much better.

That poor little baby. :( That is so sad to look at. :(:(:( Shame on the people that had her! Shame on them for all they have put her through. They don\'t deserve to ever own any kind of pet. Shame shame! :mad: Summer is a beautiful baby. She is going to get through all this and will be a lovely pet for someone soon. I know that LJ will find her the perfect home.

I am so thrilled with Summers progress and glad she is home with LJ. I have been out of town and unable to sign in. It was a very powerless feeling when there was such wonderful news to celebrate!!:p
