| sick 9yar old hi my 9 year old is shallow breathing and fast . if he gets excited he colapses ive called vet he is comming tomorrow evening any ideas thanks |

| This sounds like an emergency to me, not something that should be put off till tomorrow eve. It could be heart or CT & neither are something to mess around with. Tomorrow may be too late. |

| Oh gosh, I agree with the above post. I would get that baby to an emergancy vet as soon as possible. That is nothing to mess with. I can't believe your vet didn't tell you just to come on in. |

| Even if the vet could come right now, an xray is almost certainly needed. This pup needs to go to an animal hospital immediately.

| Just reading this post and it makes me more grateful than I know that Ilive fairly close to a 24 Hour Emergency Vet and their number is on speed dial. It is still about a 7-10 minute drive in the middle of the night but I can get my Tibbe help very quickly and for that I am so lucky. Living in a small city very near a big one has some drawbacks but way more positives when it comes to my baby.
