Donating YT 30K Club Member | Pixie is limping on her front leg Pixie, who had LP surgery last year has been limping a little on her front right leg. I gave it a couple days to see if it stopped and it hasn't so off to the vet. The odd thing is, she will limp for a few minutes and then run like nothing is wrong the whole rest of the day. I am also getting blood work done as she has been a little more laid back than normal. Please keep her in your prayers. ALso, Nikki is having an off day with throwing up and diarrhea so he may be next to the vet. Thanks

| Both babies are in my prayers, Patti. If Pixie is only limping a bit at first, she may have just pulled a muscle that takes a minute for her to warm up. I hope that's all it is. And poor Nikki, I hate hearing that he's sick. Give them both some get well huggins for me. Bonny

Donating YT 4000 Club Member | Sorry Pixie isn't feeling well. Hopefully it's something minor and she will be back to her normal self shortly.

| When it rains it pours. Hope you get a good report and nothing serious, and that both are feeling better. |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Thanks everyone. Just as I was leaving for the vets with Pixie, Roxie had diarrhea! So they all got baths when I got home. Pixie has bicep tendonitis. My vet did a very thorough exam and gave her medcam. She also gave her a laser therapy treatment to reduce her inflammation and minimize pain. I had never heard of of but the vet gave me a brochure on it and it is pretty interesting. It says it is a holistic, non invasive way to treat and manage many conditions. She goes for another treatment Friday. Her blood work was perfect so I was glad to hear that. She also gave me some medicine for the others diarrhea. So hopefully they will all be better soon. I have attached a couple of pictures I took a few minutes ago of Pixie and Nikki snuggled up. Nikki usually won't share his spot. Thanks for the good thoughts.

| She is such a doll. That's an interesting diagnosis. Can she have a full recovery? I'll have to google this as I haven't much of a clue what it is.

Yes it is an inflammatory condition from what I understand that can be caused by a sudden movement the wrong way or a repetitive motion. Pixie spins in circles really fast whenever she gets excited, which is about 10 times a day so that may have caused it. I had never heard of it either. The vet said she had 7 cases of it since the first of the year, including her own Border Terrier. She said it can take awhile to resolve.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Thanks. AllDogBoots-- I just looked it up and it looks like it can be more serious than I thought. I am praying she doesn't need surgery. I am going to try and limit her crazy spinning and moon walking. Hopefully the medicine and laser treatments will work.

| Oh no! Poor babies! That treatment sounds like something I could benefit from (myself! Lol) It does take time, especially when the muscle/tendon is one that is used alot, as soon as one feels better, one does a little bit too much and it keeps getting reinjured. They look like mirror images sleeping... great pic. Sending prayers for them both, and they're always in my heart!
