lol too funny. seriously tho she wants up and then she throws herself back so she is held like a baby and goes to sleep. needless to say nothing is getting done for housework around here since yesterday when i got her. when i put her down she starts scratchung her ears and crying so at least this way she does not always have to wear her cone.

my girl, pixie is not impressed by this intruder stealing so much of her mommy's time tho.....

That's funny. Maybe you should share a bit about Carlo with the OP since she is new and might just assume he is a Yorkie. I love that you actually have a typo here!

Please keep your fingers crossed. Today we find out if the other surgeon in my vets office can do the surgery. If not we have a consult in another town to see if he can do it. I am hoping for the one close to home because of the followup care that Cassie is going to need.

My husband and I even talked and I am a vet asst who is out of work right now, so I was going to talk to the vet and volunteer to work in his office for free for however long it takes to make u the remainder of her bill, whatever rescue cannot come u with, hopefully he will work with me.

Please keep your fingers crossed that the other vet in my vets office can do this surgery. If not we have togo to another town and with all the followup and bandage changes closer to home is better, I dont want to drag this poor girl out farther than I have too.
