| Senior Yorkie Talker | Im so glad that Lucy is okay. I'm telling you Yorkies will give you a nervous breakdown but it is well deserved because they are just the greatest pets.

| I am so glad that Lucy is ok. Sending up prayers of thanksgiving for Lucy's lucky break. Isn't it amazing how a bit of throwup can be such welcome news? |

| Here's what I read, and maybe it's wrong. Dogs love chocolate, so when they eat one they are going to want more and that's when it gets toxic. Not to worry if your dog eats one M&M, which a lot of people panic over, but if there are more M&Ms around after the first they will crave more. My little guy chews everything, too, and often I'm also looking at a wrapper wondering what the heck was in it. I keep the chocolate higher than he can reach, and never leave it where he can. I like M&Ms, and if I'm eating some, I never turn my back on them or the dog. |

| Glad your little Lucy is doing ok! My dog Kiah, as a youngster, ate a WHOLE pan of brownies. She jumped right up on the counter, of course she is HUGE, and just stood there and ate the whole darned pan. Didn't hardly leave a crumb in the pan. (Didn't realize it until I went in the kitchen an hour later and found an empty cake pan on the counter, and realized the brownies were gone, minutes after had a dog throwing up all OVER.) She vomited for 12 hours, woke my vet at midnight to take a look at her, she was fine after that. Scary stuff!! |
