Just can't wait to get her tomorrow. CCVS was wonderful !!!
Thank you for all of your prayers. This forum was a huge help through this as two weeks ago, I was completely lost as to what to do and where to go to get her help.
We have a long recovery road ahead of us, but the future looks much brighter for Lily now.
I am so happy to hear that Lily's future is brighter. I will keep you guys in our prayers.

My Lola had the Ameroid Ring put on at UT and after surgery she could not wear the "cone" becasue her little neck was so tiny...I bought preemie sized onesies at Target and Babies R us and put them on her. You can cut out a little hole for her tail, or put her tail through where the snaps are at the end. They worked perfect for us and will also keep her warm! Good luck with your Little Lily - my little one has done great since her surgery.

Can't wait for an update on Lily. So glad she's doing better. Lily was my mom's name and they are fighters so I know she's gonna do well.

Lily's home !! We are so excited. She's doing well and resting a lot. Getting so extra TLC and lots of hugs. I will be glued to her for the next few weeks just watching her closely to make sure there are no complications or neuro signs. She'll continue on the L/D diet for about 3 to 4 months and then repeat the BAT test. She is also on amox for another 2weeks.
She's not liking the fact that she's not allowed to take the stairs or get up on the couch, but its just for two weeks after the incision heals and the staples are removed. She's a tough cookie and we are sooo happy to have her home.
Thank you all for your prayers, it got me through this.
I'll keep you updated.

So glad your little Lily is home...she's a cutie patootie, for sure!...I'm convinced that when these little ones have to go through these, unbelievable, circumstances w/their health, they recover so much better w/mamas that love them sooooo much...I can see a speedy recovery for your little Lily :)...I'll keep her in my prayers...
