My yorkshre terrier jack has sores.on his back and he is incredibly hot all the time. He scratches and mskes the sores red and wet its not nice please help x

You should be planning a trip to your vet very soon, he may need antibiotics and maybe a topical medication to get it cleared up.

I agree with Kathy. A vet should be consulted about them.
Might be hot spots or fungal infection-My Cooper has had both and were treated pretty easy b/c we got vet care early on.
You don't want the condition going any deeper which might lead to a more difficult treatment.
