I have a 1 year old yorkie. The other day he had diarhea and was throwing up and shaking so I took him to the vet. The vet said he most likely ate something bad and they gave him an IV, anti diarhea medicine, medicine for throwing up, and some food ENV I think its called. Soon as he came back from the vet he was playing again.
Today I came home from work and I found just a small drop of blood on the wee wee pad and he threw up the medicine, he wont eat, and hes shaking again.

I have a vet apointment tonight ust wanted to get some opinions on what it might be

Pancreatitis? I hope what ever it is, the Bet gets him well real fast.

Could still be something he ate and his tummy needs some time to settle down or it could be pancreatitis so it is good you are taking him in tonight. I hope he feels better soon.

as others have already said, it sounds like pancreatitis. hope to hear an update soon with good news. will keep you & your little one in my thoughts and prayers!

The vet took an x ray and didn't find anything. Today I found no blood maybe he had a cut somewhere I hope. He still wants to play some times and others he just stand there looking sad. He barely eats. I hope it just something he ate and his stomach is settling and will be better in a few days. It's already been since Sunday.
