| ![]() So Bailey had surgery yesterday because she had Legg Calves Perthes Syndrome. Lemme tell u how awesome this forum is.... This all started about 2 or 3 months ago... she didn't want to jump up on the bed like she normally did. So i took her to the vet like the good mommy i am, and he told me it was her patella. Ok... well it's not hurting her and she isn't crying, so i'll just keep an eye on it. In the mean time, i looked on here and found a post about LCP, and just knew that was what she had... I immediatly got insurance!!!! THANK GOODNESS I DID! Well it kept getting worse, to the point she ran on 3 legs. So i took her back and that's when they took an x-ray and confirmed my suspisions. So she got it done yesterday and i am so happy i had it, and found out about it on here! I hate having to look at her pitiful eyes cause she doesn't feel well, but i know in 2 months she'll be back to normal. THANK U FOR BEING SUCH AN AWESOME SITE!!!! |

| ![]() I'm glad to hear Bailey is doing well and that you find comfort here in this forum. Sometimes I don't know what I would do without it. I've learned so much. Hopefully she'll heal quickly.
