I have 3 with LP and all 3 have grade 3's to 4's and no surgery. All I do is keep weight under control and no limping or pain. Only time I had a problem was when they were overweight. They bolt out the doggie door run, play and no problems. I won't have surgery unless they are in pain and it's constant. But they've been this way now for 3 years and no popping out in over a year as long as weight is under control. they run in my yard which strenghtens the muscles.

Oh definitely... she knows just what to do to make my heart melt... She just gives me that look and I just give in. Lol
