I got a call from a local shelter to rescue this poor little baby Yorkie he is 1 or 1.5 yrs old. He was dumped at the shelter. However dumped him like this should be shot

He has a full body fungus/no hair which has been determined to be ringworm.

Look at this poor baby. The shelter has put him on medication and I will be getting him tomorrow...he will have to be in quarinteen for at least 3 weeks until he is deemed non contagious. A rigorous treatment protocol ahead of me. I named him "Chance" because he truly is getting a second chance to live in dignity and get well.

OMG!! That poor baby!! How could someone let that baby live like that????? I am so glad that you are getting him and he is getting another chance. You are right, Chance is a wonderful name for him.

omg that poor poor baby those people should have every hair on there head yanked out then made to stand naked in the street while dog lover throw itch bombs at them! I cant thank you enough for being this poor babies saving grace

How can anyone let any living thing get into a shape as this poor little thing.

Are those the spots that are on his body? Chance is so lucky to have you to give him a happy new home!! Do you need to take preventative meds so you don't get it too? Good luck with him tomorrow, I hope all goes well!!!!

OMG is an understatement. How could a "human being" let a poor baby get into that kind of shape. He had to have been sick for a long time to get in such bad shape. l cannot image the suffering this little one has had to endure. I am so thankful you are able to take him in and nurse him back to health.

OMG! That precious puppy!! I can't believe someone would let an animal get like that. You are right, whoever dumped him should be shot.

This is horrible

! This poor baby had to be sick for so long to get this debilitated. I just cannot believe what some people do to innocent creatures.

Bless you for taking him in and please keep us posted, I would love to watch him heal and be happy.

Well, at least he's away from whoever (whatever) dumped him. Prayers that he heals quickly and goes on to lead a long and happy life.
