Sunday is acting very weird Hi, my sisters left last thrusday to colombia with her boyfriend and left me her puppy to take care off. Everyday up until today in the morning she has been fine, playing around eating right and pooping. Today when i woke up I noticed she didnt wake up happy and active. She is boobing her head back and forth and slightly turns her head my way when i call for her. She looks like she doesnt want to move at all, her body is very stiff and when i pet her and touch her chin to look up at me she slowly bring her head down to the ground. I dont know if shes either depressed or injured. When i pick her up her legs are stiff.

1st thing you need to do is check her gums and make sure they are pink. Did she leave you any nutri cal if she did it would be best to give her some. When was the last time she ate?

Hi I took her to the vet but the doctor wasn't there today so i ended up taking her to my moms house. She has a 6 year old yorkie so she was able to comb her hair and give her some food. I dont think my sister has nutri cal, i will pick it up at the local store today. She's much better but not 100%, she still looks a little lost and every now and then bobs her head. On a lighter note she is walking and running around but shes more responsive to me i left her at my moms for today i have to work. Its not easy taking care of pets they are like babies if your not around showing love they get anxious and depressed. I didnt check her gums, i will ask my mom to do so. thank you so much for your responses. Oh almost forgot to mention that she ate last night and we went to sleep around 12am after playing around, that's why i'm scratching my head because she was perfectly fine last night up until today in the morning. -Marvin Last edited by mytoyo; 08-02-2010 at 09:42 AM.
