| severe diarrhea My sister came into town and brought her 18 month yorkie with. She has been throwing up and has a very watery stool. She does not appear to be sick but how do we control this diarrhea. I made her rice with chicken but she does not like. I have put pedilyte in her water and given her Pepto Bismol. Any suggestions? It is a holiday and vets are closed. |

| If this is constant diarrhea and vomiting, I would not treat it myself. I would be off to an emergency vet! This could be anything, and not something to mess with. These little ones dehydrate quickly when they have diarrhea and vomiting. I sent a PM to a YT member who lives very close to you. Perhaps she can give you the name of a good emergency vet to go to. Good luck!

| Thanks so much for the quick answer. I will let my sister know so she can take Abby over there. Do you have direct address for the vet in Crestwood? |
