| Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator  |  Oh Susan  . I'm just in shock, I can't believe this. I truly thought Kia was going to make it, I wanted her to make it through this with all my heart. I am so very sorry. My heart is breaking for you and your daughter. You two gave this little angel so much love, it was really something to see.I hope you can take a bit of comfort in knowing that what you gave to this baby at the end of her life was the very best and filled with love - bless your heart for rescuing her. RIP, little Kia, I won't forget you.

| So sorry for the loss of Kia. There is a wonderful book by cynthia rylant called "dog heaven" and it is actually a Childrens book but we got it long before we had our kids and it comforted us as we lost family pets at the end of their lives. I wrote out the words in a thread for another friend who lost a dog recently and the title is "dog heaven." know we are thinking of you...she sounds like she found loving owners and best friends in you guys and that your lives were touched by her too! I am sure as "dog heaven" says that she has already been down to earth today for a stroll with an angel to sniff out the backyard and make sure that all is well! Hugs to you guys today... |
