| Neuter med. question. My little guy Moto was neutered today. He did very well. Seams like nothen happened. The surgery tech walked me thru things to look for and directions for his medicine Metacam/ meloxicam. But I didn't ask if it was just for pain or if it was an antibiotic? If its for pain Im not sure I need to use it past day 2. If it's also an antibiotic I will continue it's use. It's in liquid form and is dosed by lb. and is required to be taken with food. For those who had your guys fixed did you get pain meds. and use them past day two? Do you think he needs it? I don't remember getting meds. for my JRT but she had to stay overnight. I had to put a leash on him to go potty tonight b/c he wanted to bounce around the yard. |

| It is a anti inflamatory drug used for pain. I had my two furbabies neutered and they didn't need any, but every one is different. Glad everything went well.
