This is such a relief to know Roiree will be getting the help she needs.

I am humbled to be a part of this help for Roriee. There are lots of angels God used in this story. Now may the angels go with Roriee as she faces a difficult surgey. God bless the love you have for these babies and personal sacrifices you make. May we start a new chapter of Roriee's recovery soon.

To Randi; focus now on yourself. You have done what is maybe the hardest action a person can do. To selflessly give up your beloved pet to give them a chance at health and well being. You have my respect, and also my deepest compassion. You will be in my thoughts most especially on Wednesday. If you or someone else who can, can update us on your surgery it would ease those hearts here who are concerned for your well being. I will keep you in the light.

To LInda (LJ) - You are a wonderful advocate for yorkies. Your passion, and caring and God's will have seen this little one rescued. I join in all the others who have thanked you for your unstinting devotion, time and persistence.

I've been following this thread, and I'm thrilled that Roriee is going to get the care she needs, so she can have the life all puppies deserve!

I know this was not an easy decision for you Randi, but you have given Roriee what SHE needed the most even though I have no doubt it was horribly painful for you. I will pray for both of you, and I look forward to hearing more happy news as you both recover from your surgeries.

Thank you so much to Ladyjane, YHR and SherrylLynne for aiding in Roriee's rescue! You are truly angels on earth for these innocent babies like Roriee.

Also to show how God works. My partner of twelve years, Lynn Young, just happened to be leaving Atl from work. She was able to meet with Randi and get Roriee. Lynn has picked me up at our home in Athens. We are now headed up 85 to SC. Roriee is laying in her crate.Silent. But if she moves she does yelp in pain. She is a very very sick puppy. Now prayers go to Jen as she receives her next and cares for her in the night. She is so sweet so innocent. You look into her eyes and see her asking for relief. Randi- we pray for you thru the days ahead. You did the right thing but oh how hard. Linda God bless you for making this happen. And we pray Ellie and Posey's fighting spirit will get this little baby over the hurdles ahead.

I don't even know where to start with my gratitude for all that has happened today.

So I will start with you Sherryllynne. Thank you for stepping up and helping with the transport of Roriee. Without you Roriee would not be on her way to healing. You are like an angel that was sent to help complete this heartbreaking story. Your actions speak loud and clear for the love of the breed. You are a shining star. :)

Randi~ you have made a very courageous decision today. Thank you for taking the proper path for Roriee to get the care that she needs. I will have you in my prayers for a successful surgery as both you and Roriee move on toward healing. You made a totally unselfish decision and for that reason I have a new found respect for you. :hug: I also want you to know that Roriee will be very well taken care of and will receive nothing but the very best care with YHR.

Linda~once again you have amazed me again. In spite of all of the many road blocks and obstacles put before you, sticking with this to the end of one chapter and the opening of the next I believe has enabled more people to see the passion that you have for rescue.

Now let's all work together to get Roriee well. Right now Linda is out to dinner with her son and family but when she gets home she will be adding Roriee to the YHR site under adoptable pups. She will eventually have a BIO and a Paypal donation button.


The members of YT have always been very generous and helped to support the welfare of the Yorkie Haven pups and I am sure this will be no exception. Over the past few days Roriee's story seems to have stolen our hearts. Now we can give her a little of ours to help her heal. :animal-pa

Here is the link to the YHR adoptable pups. This will be were her picture and bio will be as soon as she is added later tonight. Linda is always very good about updating the site. Once Roriee is added she will have a donation button under her Bio.

Something new that was added recently is a monthly subscription where you can have a set amount donated each month toward YHR fosters. I think you might even be able to chose which foster pup your donation goes to monthly. There is no minimum amount and of course no max either.
