| As if Toto Did Not Have Problems Aplenty I clipped a piece of skin right over his hock while trying to get rid of some matts on Friday afternoon. I dressed the wound, and thought at the time that it was an avulsion wound, which means that it's a little flap of skin. But now I'm not so sure. I don't have a vet to go to until Monday afternoon. If the damage is really bad, I may have him PTS. I know, it's really lousy to say that, and Toto is a wonderful little dog in many ways, but the medical problems he's had due to aging have been terribly hard on him, and even with care, sometimes he whimpers like he's uncomfortable for hours. (He typically stops if I take the time to pick him up, but if I put him on the floor again he's doing it again.) Callie |

| I'm so sorry. Accidents do happen and I know you have to feel awful. Hope he feels better soon.
