| update Today I want to the vet for a recheck . The fracture looks good ,nice and straight. it haven't heal .it will take 3 to 4 months to heal but now he have a other problem. He have a very bad case of Rheumatoid Arthritis on the same leg. we can't give him any Medications because it will stop the fracture from healing . the vet said it's a good thing we didn't amputated because soon or later the other leg will get Arthritis and with two legs he can hop from ether leg when he have pain .  |

| Just reading your update. Had been wondering how it all turned out. Glad you didn't have to amputate but sorry about the arthritis. Does that also mean that you can't give him glucosamine?

| I'm glad his leg is healing nicely. Sorry about the arthritis, does this mean he'll be on pain meds?

| the vet wants him on Prednisone when his fracture heals . maybe for 2 months or for life ,we dont know. i dont know about pain meds . i feel so sad . |

| update today he got the cast off..... The fracture is healing . The vet felt confidentenough to take the cast off. I have a appointment of 3 week . To get him on Prednisone of the Arthritis. |
