Is she okay?? I have a 2 1/2 year old girl. For the past month she seems less playful, and somewhat needy, (she wants to be ON me). I chalked this up to her terrible 2's being over - and thought that she was just settling in & growing up to be a darling care bear. Last night she climbed on top of me and just started into my eyes. Now I'm frightened that maybe she is not well, but showing any physical symptons that I can see. Could this behavior of a sick animal, or am I just a paranoid needy Mom? I rescued my last Yorkie at 3 1/2, so I am unfamilier with puppy to grown up behavior changes. Does this behavior constitute a visit to the Vet, or am I crazy?

I wouldnt be too alarmed ... has anything in your life around her changed? Times you come home or anything can trigger different behaviors. Have you taken her temp? If she has a fever or shows any other signs I would take her to the vet. A trip to the vet wouldnt hurt maybe do blood work, fecal exam & urine just to make sure there is nothing going on. If it would ease your mind ... Hope all is well

Thank you for your assistance. My Sister lives near me and has a new puppy. I thought that it could be because of that, except her changed behavoir precedes the new family addition, so I am unsure...
