It is a good thing this creep is an ex boyfriend. No telling how he would have treated you if you'd remained together. I am so sorry for your loss. You must have been grief stricken and frightened at the same time. You are doing the right thing pressing charges. As someone said, if he could do this to a poor little dog, no telling what he would have done to you.

God bless and I pray you will find the strength to make it through this challenging time.

Oh my goodness!!!! I am so sorry for everything you have gone through!! What a horrible human being that could do something like this! I can't believe this sorry excuse would do this to your little puppy. I can't imagine what you are going through, if someone did this to my little furbaby I would be furious and crushed. It would be the same as if something happened to my child; it would rip my heart out. I feel like I could cry for you to read these horrible words. I am so sorry for you!

I'm so sorry this happened to your furbaby! I dont know what to tell you. You must still be in shock over this. I dont even know what I would have done. I'm sure I would have blacked out and done something crazy to that ex boyfriend!!

I hope he gets what he deserves. If he was able to do something like that to a helpless little animal, he could have hurt you or someone else. Please stay safe and dont go out alone.

As much as I miss my chubapup (he was more of a URN than a teapot

) I'm mostly still just...Shocked? Numb? I can't think of the word. The police have issued an immediate restraining order and he's pretty much confined to his house for now.

There are just no words - how disgusting. I had a similar event happen about 13 years ago, but they never caught the person who broke into our house and shot our dog.

If you do not have a security system, PLEASE consider getting one - it will also help with your peace of mind.

Wow I just cannot believe that someone could do that to a living animal as a "pay back". I would be writing to the paper and getting his name out so everybody knows what kind of sick and twisted person he is. He will burn in h*ll for this. I'm so sorry that you had to find your baby like that, I can't imagine how scary it was.

We had a nice ceremony for him..We buried him in my best most expensive shoe box under his favourite tree. Didn't help the pain but
