loose stool

HI...Question...My son has a loose stool almost like diarrahea...he started on monday...i did see that he ate grass... he usually does this when he eats grass...on tuesday he was vomoting around 4 times.... its friday now and overnight he went potty and still was loose...any tips..hes happy n his normal self..eats well...everything is fine...only that since monday since he ate the grass its been like that....do you think i should wait or take him 2 the vet

they usually eat grass when they have an upset stomach and want to make themselves vomit. If he is acting normal i would steam some white rice and mix a little organic pumpkin from whole foods like a 1/4 of a tsp and that should firm him up - also i use probiotics for diarhea and i use the dds plus from the vitamin shoppe
