my poor Peanut and Precious Tuesday night there was a fight .. the most horrible ever.. if you've ready any of my posts you know ive been battleing this for a while now .. things go good and bad .. didnt want to rehome precious thought i could fix her , them .. well i didnt .. tuesday nite they got into it and she bit peanut right in the face and took out her eye ... I had to rush her to the emergency clinic to have surgery .. I then had to rehome precious ASAP and took her to nyc to be with my sons roommates people she didnt know to a place she wasnt familar with .. with people who i hope have time to take care of her till my son comes home in december ...Peanut has her eye stiched shut and is in much pain and discomfort .. i feel soooo horrible i let this happen .. i look at her and cry i think of precious not here with me and i cry .. im a mess and so are these dogs.. the prognosis for Peanut no one knows yet.. if they can save her eye she will most likely be blind in it and if i didnt get her there in time and she doesnt heal well , she will have to have it removed which means another surgery and more pain and healing ... please pray for her and that she will be fine ......i love these dogs like my kids .. i didnt want to have to choose.. i wish id have learned sooner i feel so responsible .......

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I am so sorry this happened. I hope the eye can be saved. It must be so hard to have her away from you when she is hurting but it is for her own safety. I will keep you both in my prayers. Please keep us posted.

I feel so bad for you. What a terrible situation to be in having to re-home one of your dog's due to fightening. Poor Peanut. I know it breaks your heart but it's not your fault. Sending good thoughts and prayer's her way in hopes her eye can be saved. Hugs,

Ahhhhh..... I am so sorry, I know you love them both very much. I hope it all works out for Peanut, so glad she has you to care for her. I worry about your post about putting Precious with strange people and that you hope they take care of her. Have you thought about a Yorkie Rescue for Precious, rather than hoping these strange people "maybe" taking care of her???

Well they are strangers to her but not to me and my family .. they are good people and knew she would be there eventually .. when my son was done with his acting tour he was taking her in Feb because i knew i was in over my head before this .. i just didnt want her to be with unfamilair people and she knew my son but as far as i know shes adapting well.. i keep txting to check on her and my son has been too and they are getting along great .. so im relieved on that part she needed to be in a home where she can get undivided love and attention i just was afraid she would be uneasy around them but nope.. i just wish now i would have done it sooner thinking she would be devistated being away from home .. hindsite right .. now i just have to focus on Peanut healing and hoping they can at least save her eye for cosmetic purposes .. im finding they are resiliant little dogs shes only had surgery 72 hrs ago and shes eating and barking and moving around more and more .. so my fingers are crossed.. thanks for all the postive feed back .. i felt so horrible i still do .. like i was the worst dog owner out there ... you all are wonderful people .. thank you .......
