| skinned his paw i saw my yorkie licking his paw. when i went to go check it out, i noticed that he had skinned the bottom of his paw. a part of it is loosely hanging. there's no blood and he doesn't seem to be in pain. he's not crying or limping. he's just licking his paw a lot. has this happened to anyone? i was thinking of cutting the loose flap off, but i'm afraid that might cause more irritation or pain. i have his paw bandaged with a piece of cloth so he doesn't keep licking it. i don't know what could have cause it. i'm thinking he might have skinned it while we were on one of our walks. any advice would be appreciated. thanks!
