| Help!! My dog ate Rolaids Does anyone know if these are toxic? He is about 4 and a half lbs. He is 9 months old. I saw him chewing on something and when I finally caught him he had one in his mouth. They were the cherry rolaids. I'm not sure how many he had. He acts fine but, this just happened. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks for your time. |

| Breeders sometimes give tums for calcium so I think he will be fine but if your still unsure call the vet

| How many could he possibly have had? How long ago? I would certainly call your vet and find out what they want you to do. They may want you to induce vomitting but not sure if it would be effective considering they probably absorb fairly quickly. I would worry about too much calcium.

| rolaids I really don't know. They were my husbands and he didn't know how many he had on the roll they were in. He thinks he might have eaten one or possibly two. |

| I would think one or two wouldn't be a problem, I was thinking a whole roll or something
