| Help Kaylee has a ball/bump Kaylee has developed a knot under the skin on her right shoulder....I can pick it up between my fingers thru the skin...It appeared after she got her shots and I think after she went into heat...we thought it seems to vary in size on different days..she acts perfectly normal and if you mess with it she doesn't even notice...any ideas of what it could be???

| not sure where her chip is hers was done at her breeder.. well to me it feels different sizes but it may not be.. I thought maybe that's where she got her shots...I wasn't there when she got them and my son can't remember if they did it there or on her litte butt.

The 3 Musketeers Donating Member | My yorkie, Misty, has one of those. My cocker spaniel, Mazie has a bunch of those. My vet checked both Misty and Mazie and told me that they were fatty tumors, non-cancerous. Yes they grow and if it is in a spot where it is irritating your babies you could ask your vet to remove it. But as long as it isn't bothering her, leave it alone.

| I believe my puppies got their shots in the shoulder area. Maybe yours did and that is just an irritation. The vet's office would probably confirm that for you by phone call, if it would help to ease your mind. Meika's microchip is hard and small, like a large grain of rice. My schnauzer boy also has those fatty tumors, which are about the size of grapes and very soft. It's always something isn't it?
