| sickly charlie hi , this is my first post, my yorkies name is charlie, hes 13 months old, he is actually ill at the mo, this is the second time hes had this ailment and the vets couldnt find out what it was in the begining, so i dont no if they will be able to this time. i was wondering if any other yorkie lovers babies have had the same problem, hes very letargic, lost his apetite im forcing him to drink and hes yellping when i pick him up, i thought he might have sprained something or broke a rib, but true to form when the vets examining him he doesnt yelp lol,now at the minute hes been put on antibiotics and a steroid for suspected meningitis, they dont really no what it is, but he taken 3 tablets and he does seem to be more like himself, i hope he wont have to take them forever, has anyone else come across this with theirs ??? |

| did you do blood work as this could be pancreatitis as well and steroids will worsen the situation. Does he toss and turn when trying to lay down? |
