| Peeing Blood Help freaking out!!!!! Hi everyone I am new here to your site. I have a question. My yorkie is 19mnths old. Ever since we took her home she has always used the bathroom at will anywhere she was. she would do well going outside for a week or two and then would go back to her old ways of using my floor as a potty. I dont feel she overly drinks i just have always assumed she had a small bladder. She does pee alot alot alot she will be outside go come inside and go as soon as she gets inside 30 seconds after going outside. Well i just walked into my kitchen and there was a river of blood streaming down my floor. Her entire pee puddle was dark red blood. The vet is closed now until tom. she seems fine her regular self but oh my gosh what was that. Has this happened to anyone ever? Please help im freaking out!!! |

| Please find a 24 hr ER vet. Sounds like an UTI??? If she's peeing that frequently that might be it. But now she's peeing blood??? I would NOT wait until morning. Go find one now!!! Hope she'll pull through.

| I agree with the other posters. If she is peeing blood, then she needs to be seen by a vet IMMEDIATELY.

| Please take her to a vet, I agree that this sounds just like a UTI. Copper gets them from time to time because of his MVD, your little girl needs to be on antibiotics. Please keep us updated.

| My 12 year old yorkie peed a pool of blood. After tests it was found that he had bladder stones. He needed surgery immediately. Take your baby to the vets ASAP.
