Potty problem Shay is 4 months old, I brought him home 3 weeks today...he had some loose stools last week, not bad, but last night he seemed to be having a hard time going, very hard stools. now I did change his food, didnt mean to, but he was on Purina pro plan for puppies, I bought purina pro plan for puppies small breed....you think it could be that? he isn't complaining or showing any signs he is uncomfortable. Thanks.

It could be the change of food. I would give him another day and see what happens. Good luck

Pumpkin Give him some canned pumpkin. Not pumpkin pie mix, just plain canned pumpkin about 1/4 teaspoon to start.
