| Coco is limping!! My little Coco woke up this morning and he is limping. He stands with his left front paw up. Aw!!! I looked to see if anything was in between his pads and nothing. I just massaged it a little and I'm hopeing that he just maybe twisted it or something. I will keep an eye on him Poor little guy

| Tricky Feet Sometimes we just kiss 'em and voila', all better! Other times it takes a couple of days ... Last time we were at the Vet's Office for vaccines and the Vet had finished with him and when I put him down, he was limping. The Vet said "Oh, no put him back up here" so up on the table he went, again. She checked his feet and knees and found nothing, so I put him down again and voila' he was fine! These are tricky feets! We don't let him jump up onto or off of the furniture, when he wants up, he looks at you directly, then at where he wants to go. Repeat until done. He is older but feels very special that I will stop whatever I'm doing to help him get to where he wants. We avoid jumping but other than that all is okay. He jumped alot when we first got him, but he learned fast to wait for me to help him. Just trying to avoid surgeries and stuff like that ... Main difference is weightbearing or non-weightbearing. Non-weightbearing could mean a fracture....

| Poor baby, perhaps he jumped down and twisted his leg when he landed. Buddy did that two weeks ago, I'm assuming. He was fine when I left for work and had the leg up in the air when I returned. It was still up the next morning so to the vet we went. Soft tissue injury vet said and a shot of megacam and meds for 7days. After the shot he was walking that evening. Hope your little one is better today. Bud showed no signs of any pain but he would not put it down. He look so sad so I know how you must feel. Wishing him a speedy recovery, |

| I think it's something with his pads. When I touch there he wimpers. I examined in between and cut the hair out of there so I could see. Don't see anything. I washed his little paw in the sink, thinking maybe he had some kind of irritation. I don't know. I have to keep watching him. Coco is a tricky little booger. When he doesn't want to be touched or something he will cry yelp so you leave him alone. I also can't see even with my reading glasses. When hubby gets home he will help me look at him.
