I am glad things are looking better for her. Nobody in their right mind would have rat poisoning around with dogs, let alone a puppy, in the house. Completely irresponsible! Poor little pup! I hope she gets the wonderful home she deserves when she is well again.

I do hope, pray and believe that the sweet little angel will be ok! People should never ever say they are less worthy or replacable. I know that I will do anything for my sweet yorkies. They bring such love into our lives, even if I have nothing at the end of the day, I want to make sure they have everything. Rat poison should be banned.

I have to say I disagree about getting puppies for next to nothing. I got Toto and Barkley both from a shelter each for under $150 but they are my pets and they are family. Though I may never be able to afford a surgery for collapsing treach, should that happen, my dogs are well loved and cared for. The price you get a pet for is not the issue. The issue is the love you give them.
