HELP! CC's ear is red and purple!
Out of the blue, CC's right ear stopped standing up. Then, I noticed that the canal is red and the rest of her ear is red and purple! I do not know what happened! She rarely goes outside....she has no flea bites....she has been trying to scratch it, but not a lot. She doesn't act like it hurts when I touch it! She had an ear infection a couple of months ago, the drops that we got from the vet cleared up the ear infection. When she had the infection she had a strong odor out of her ear. But now she does not! I do not know what to do! I don't want to take her to the vet if it's not necessary, but I don't want her to be in pain! I also don't want her ear to stay down while the other stays up! HELP ME!

Well with Petey's ear when they are discolored black and blueish, like some boxed his ears- they are usually really cold. Not enough circulation going to the ears. Although I found Sasha's ear to act that way when she was teething. ears go up and down..
