Hi I am new here and just have a question. Our family just went on vacation and left our little yorkie with my sis-n-law and when we got home she said he would not eat the whole time we were gone. Today he has been very sick so I took him to our vet they decided to keep him overnight. The vet said that he was stressed out from us leaving him and it has affected his stomach and they are going to give him some meds and watch him. My question is has any ever heard of their yorkie getting that stressed out that caused stomach problems?

Welcome to YT. I have a friend who boarded her yorkie at a kennel and the same things happened. They said he wouldn't eat. When they picked him up he has explosive diarrhea and was vomiting. The vet said the same thing, caused by stress

Thanks! That makes me feel alittle better but I still miss him alot!!! Just want him to come home!
