| Help pup stung by a bee on his foot!! Bruizer stepped on a bee today and he got stung. He is limping and won't put any weight on his front paw. He threw up about an hour and a half later. I'm worried! Does anyone have any suggestions? He is 4 months old and he weighs 2 lbs. 9 oz. |

| I think they usually give them benedryl for that, but you would have to call a vet to find out how much and if they have some for dogs or if they use human denedryl. |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Benydryl will help with an allergic reaction. I am not sure iof the dose for his weight. I would call a 24 hour vet and ask them. Hope he feels better soon.

| Did you get the stinger out? And YES use benadryl, I would give it to him no matter what. They can seem fine then hours later get sick and die. and make sure the stinger is out. |

| make paste Beside the benedrly also make a paste of baking soda and little water and put it on the bee sting. It helps draw the poison out.

| Jackson got stung about a hour and a half ago. He seems fine just like he is in pain. I gave him 1/2 cc of children's tylenol. I am fixing to go and get the benedryl to be on safe side. Thank you all for this post. I was freeking out. He is 5 months old and weighs about 4 lbs. That is what he weighed two weeks ago today at his checkup. I am just terrified. I lost one yorkie a year ago and just can't think of loosing this one now that I finally got another one. |

| I only gave him 1/2 of a cc. of the Infants tylenol. The vet said it takes 3 500 mg tablets to be toxic. In that small of a dose it is fine. He is fine now. I went and got the benedryl as suggested and gave him the 1 cc. It seems to have helped tremendously. It has been 4 hours since he was stung and he is now eating and up and moving around. Back leg seems to be a little bit sore but that is expected. Again, thank you all for your help. |
