| Pooping, not peeing. I apologize in advance for the cross thread. I'm just really worried. Hello. My year old Yorkie, Francis is pooping, but he doesn't seem to be peeing as much as he used to. For example, our morning routine started with Francis peeing (a lot) on his pad. I went away this weekend and boarded him and since I've returned, I have witnessed him pooping, but not peeing. He is still drinking water and eating food. He's acting the exact same without the pee. I called the vet's the office and they didn't seem to concerned because his behavior hasn't changed. Am I just being overly concerned? Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions? |

| You haven't seen him urinate at all? It is possible for male dogs to develop obstructions of their urinary tract that make it impossible for them to urinate. If he isn't urinating at all, he needs to see a vet right away.
