| Should I worry? I had taken my jacket off and was unaware I had extra strength Tums in my pocket. The next thing I saw was Suzi digging and trying to get a hold of something, I could not figure out what the heck was so exciting.. Then I saw the TUms I grabbed them away , and found out she ate a half A tablet ! She tried to get them out of my hands too, and was determined to eat more of them Now I am WORRIED of an upset stomach, or vomiting? I believe I have read that Tums is used for dogs who DO have upset bellies? Wil she be ok? She's a 7lber , and 11 months.

| hmm i think she will be ok- Tums don't hurt unless they are fed too much (they'll disrupt the calcium-phosphorus balance of the dogs kibble diet). Let her drink a lot of water and it'll clean out the calcium through urine

| She'll be fine. In fact, some of us give a Tums to add calcium to homecooked recipes. |
