| Need Advice - Please Thanks in advance for all your help. I'm at my witts end. I have Smoky, he's a Yorkie, he's almost 2 years old. Never been sick, UTD on shots, and energetic. Friday, I bought Scoty, 1/2 Bischon and 1/2 Yorkie. The breeder gave me a vial to take to my vet to show what kind of puppy shot he'd had THAT DAY,and needed another in 2 weeks. He'd been wormed every 2 weeks since birth. The next day Saturday, I took him to my vet. The vet found him healthy, hydrated, and playful. He had thrown up several times since I'd gotten him, and had diarreah almost hourly. I told the vet this, he said with the change in homes, the ride to his new home, shot, stress, etc,t his could cause that. He gave me Albon 250 mg to give 1 daily, told me to give him Pepto Bismo 3xdaily, and gave me a recipe for cooked rice and boiled ground beef, as it was bland and would get him back in shape. Today - is 6 days later. Scoty still has diarreah, and this morning Smoky started having dirreah also. They will both eat, and drink, and appear quite playful. The weather is soooo terrible here, everything is closed, I've been trying to call my vet with no luck. I'm worried for both of them, but I feel so terrible as I've brought whatever this is home to my Smoky. Please help... thank you so much!!
