| Kikki Keeps attacking Max! I am torn here.. As you all know I had knee replacement surgery 10 days ago. I am doing pretty good so far. Until Last night. I had Max on my lap and Kikki was sitting on my side. I was reading an then just out of the blue Kikki jumped up and tore into Max. This is the 3rd time in 3 weeks that she has done this. Max only weighs 3lbs and Kikki is 8 pds. We took him to the emergency vet last night. Poor little thing was so traumitized. He had a cut on is ear, one on his mouth an one on his neck. I believe she was ready to kill. She would'nt let go of him.. The screaming of Max is still in my mind, I have cried all night. We have too keep them separated. She also has a food aggression the last 2 months. She will attack any of the dogs just to get their food too. We feed her in the crate now. I am just at wits end and so his my hubby. We love Kikki... well we love all our babies so much. I just don't know what to do. It's like she is Dr Jeckyl an Mr Hyde sometimes.. Out of the blue. My vet suggested she might have an aggression issue an should be the only baby, cause she is so jealous if she see Max or Bobo on my lap.. She is on my lap too sometimes, but as soon as I start loving them she starts to growl an then attacks. I have tried to get ahold of the breeder that I got her from an she never answers her phone. Any suggestions? We are about ready to sell Kikki to someone that wants her as the only child. Their Princess. Maybe Kikki would be better that way? Sorry this is so long.. I am really stressed.. Between the pain from surgery an worrying about my babies and My hubby being sick too, its getting to me. Bad YT just say some prayers for me. Brenda & Her Gang

YT Addict | I'm sorry that your dogs our fighting I know how you feel - two of our larger dogs used to fight frequently. It is so scary. Eventually we tried a pet whisperer... it was free so I figured "why not". At that point I was willing to try anything, regardless of what I believed. Our case was a little different, as it didn't appear to be a jealousy issue but more or less an alpha dog thing. Lucy was the only child until Sammie came along. It seemed to help. There has only been one fight since then, it was back in May and there was a cause behind it. When before there would be no cause and it would start in a blink of an eye. Maybe it has something to do with the surgery? Maybe Kikki feels she needs to protect you when you are weak? I'm no expert on animal behavior, and before you sell Kikki, perhaps see an dog behavioral specialist?

| Maybe try to not put any of them on your lap for now until you seek for some help. She is probably being dominant.

| I am so sorry, it sounds like this has all been so hard on you and frustrating. Could she be trying to take control at a time in life where there are many shifts/ changes? I hope you heal soon from your surgery. Many Blessings,
