| Do you have a 24 hour Animal Emergency Hospital? Call your regular Vet and listen to their recording, if they have one it should be included in the recording with a phone number! Even if you have to drive a distance to take Darcy...GO! Good luck & please post an update...hugs!

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | I'm very worried for your baby - this could be life or death here. Call a vet who is not in your area and see if you can get some advice. This is an EMERGENCY. This could be pancreatitis or HGE, which they can die from. It could also be from ingesting something poisonous. Did you feed ANY fatty human food? Did you feed anything new? How old is this puppy? Weight? He is probably dehydrated and has low blood sugar at this point. Do you have karo syrup or honey or Nutrical? Put some of that on your finger and give immediately to keep blood sugar up. If you don't have any of that, then take some white sugar and put it in his mouth. Check the gums - are they pink or white? If they are white, he is dehydrated an in trouble - you have to get water in him. Seriously, he needs a vet NOW. I am so sorry you're going through this.

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | You did a bile acid test - is that it? And it was too high? If so, he should have immediately been put on a specialized diet. Was he? Did you feed any human food today? Any new food?

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Very glad gums are pink. Was it the BILE ACID test that was high? If YES, I would just feed rice until you can see the vet - don't feed protein or fat. Could he have gotten into anything poisonous? Is he alert and able to focus okay or is he listless?

| The test was just bloodwork, She said that (I don't know the name in English for this little thing that stays next to the liver and is responsible for one of the enzimes in the stomach) the parameter for this thing is a bit high

| You might want to ask the vet about Hemiagic Gastritis. I am not trying to scare you, but my sister in law's healthy, 1 and 1/2 year old yorkie came down with this virus and died within 2 days. She toook it to the vet and they treated it for diarrhea and it died within 2 days. It is very rare, but it happens in dogs 2-4 years old. Please have your vet check for that. If they catch it, they can treat it. I will pray for your baby!

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Okay. Was the enzyme amylase - was that it? Is there a vet in another city/region you can call?
