| I feel so bad for you and your dear sweet Princeton. He is in the best place right now. The tests will find out exactly what is making him feel so sick. I will pray for him and you. Best Wishes, Cathy

| My heart hurts for you. Melissa. Try to get some sleep tonight, I know that you will have a hard time, but try. I wish there was something I could do to help you. I know what it's like to take your baby away from home to a hospital. It's scary and you tell God that you will do anything if he just makes it all better. I was doing that 2 wks ago. Big to you. Know my family and I are praying for you and little Prince. ~Kathy & Daisy Mae too

| It's good you recognized there was something going on and got him right to the vet. I hope he is doing better and back in your loving arms soon.

| Well, it sounds like your vet has a lot of knowledge, thank goodness...she's doing the right tests for Princeton to find out what is wrong. I will hope and pray that they are able to determine what it is and God willing, that it is very treatable. You should be applauded for thinking of your baby first...getting him the urgent help he desperately needs. I'm proud of you!!! Please feel assured, he is in very good hands and will be back home with you when the vet feels it's safe. Prayers for Princeton be well, be safe...and please take care.

| Melissa .. My husband and I are saying a prayer for Prince, you, and your bf. I have a feeling they will find out what the problem is. You are a good mother for taking him into get help right away. That is so sweet what your bf said about switching places. It is hard to see these little precious babies in pain, I KNOW!!! It made me feel better last night to go and sit and wait at the vet hospital. I don't know if you work tomorrow morning, but if you don't go up there. I felt so much better knowing if anything was to happen I would be right there for my Giavanna and she wouldn't be without me. All you can do is pray. I have had a headache all day from crying as I'm sure you do also

| Donating YT 30K Club Member | I am keeping your baby in my prayers. My Cali had a very rough start and is mildly liver compromised but after a rough start she is doing well 3 years later. You are doing everything right!!!

| I am so sorry your Prince is so sick. To answer your original question, yes, puppies from pet shops can be very unhealthy. ![]() It sounds like you have a great vet. Let us know the results of the BAT, okay? |

| hello everyone, princeton is back home! hes in his crate now, hes been very sleepy since hes been home and quiet. being in the hospital must have been so stressful for him & me(i cried myself to sleep las night after my boyfriend asks i wonder what prince is doing, if hes warm and sleeping) so i picked him up at the emergency hospital (they are soooo amazinggg) all the girls that work there fell in love with prince, they didnt want to give him back, i was like hand him over lady! lol so the good news, theres a very high possibility that it was just an episode of hypo even tho he does eat, he has been exercising alot more with his new pen.. the reason his glucose level was normal when i brought him in was bc i gave him karo syrup on his gums as the lady from the hospital instructed me to do immedietly b4 i brought him in.. so they sent him home with new prescription food, hills a/d? they say its good for dogs after surgery and stuff like that. the bad news, its possible prince suffered from a seizure and we can not rule out a liver shunt until we get the rest of the results which will take another day or two. so for now we are told to treat it as a hypo case until the results come in :: keep your fingers crossed for no shunt:: so for now, im feeding prince his new food every 3-4 hours. its like starting all over, trying to get him to eat isnt easy. i put it on his nose, gums, hand feed, warm it up.. but he HAS to eat it. also, he is going to our regular vet on wensday. we had the appt. already bc he was supposed to get the 2nd set of his shots but he cant get them until we get the BAT results so its just going to be a regular check up and pick up some more food ![]() right now i am giving prince SOOO much love. thanks for listening and caring. <3 |

| Bless your heart. I will pray that everything is fine and the hypo was the cause of this incident. I am so glad he's home with you. It's no fun to have to leave them overnight. I've been there.

| Giavanna hasn't been eating very well either. I gave her some organic grilled chicken breast last night and for breakfast. She has been eating that up very fast.
