Senior Yorkie Talker | ![]() I'm starting to get really worried. Lola threw up three times in a row today and had a little bit of diarrhea, but by the evening she seemed fine. Her energy levels have been pretty normal all day except for the few hours that she was sick. I figured she just had an upset tummy or maybe ate something she shouldn't have. Well now it's almost two in the morning and she just woke me up to take her outside, this is very uncommon behavior for her. She goes outside around 10:30 and wakes me up when she needs to go outside again, if I haven't already woken up. Her poop was a little runny and very soft, not normal for her. She hasn't vomitted any more since this afternoon, but I don't know if I should be freaking out. I just get scared because she has this bad habit of picking up poop that other dog owners don't pick up. I do my best to keep her on a short leash for walks and inspect an area before she does her business there, but I'm worried she could have gotten to some. She only had a little over half a cup of her regular food today, (she free feeds) because she wasn't up for eating when she wasn't feeling well, and water, but no treats. She's ten months old and I haven't had to make any emergency trips to the vet, I guess I've been lucky so far. I just don't want her to have some disease. I hope I am worried over nothing. She seems to be doing fine now. We came back in from outside and she drank some water and put herself right back to sleep while I am clicking away at the computer. Sorry for the long post!

Senior Yorkie Talker | ![]() Now it's four in the morning and we've been back outside a few more times. The diarrhea seems to have come back. I'm debating taking her into the ER or just waiting for her vet to open at 9:00.
